The property includes a 40-acre walnut orchard, a young permaculture food forest, and a half-acre pond filled with fish, frogs, and dragonflies. Nine miles of hiking trails wind through dramatic hills and open landscapes, with panoramic views of Clear Lake and the Mendocino National Forest.

Event spaces come equipped with sound systems, party lighting, stages, dance floors, and flexible seating options. There’s also a wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, outdoor wash stations, camping areas, and plenty of room to spread out across the property.
